StudioPro ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website www.thestudiopro.net and the StudioPro Manager mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.

  • Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo.
  • Business information: Studio name, contact details, and business configuration you enter within the App.
  • Google Sign-In: If you authenticate via Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.

Information collected automatically

  • Device information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
  • Usage data: Features you access, actions you take within the App, and session timestamps.
  • Push notification tokens: A device token used to deliver push notifications to your device.
  • Camera data: The App requests camera access solely to scan QR codes for equipment tracking. Images are not stored or transmitted.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account and studio workspace
  • Provide, operate, and improve the StudioPro platform
  • Send push notifications for bookings, payments, and team updates (you may disable these in device settings)
  • Authenticate your identity securely via Google Sign-In
  • Respond to your support requests and inquiries
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the App experience
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use trusted third-party services including Google Firebase (authentication and push notifications), and cloud hosting providers. These providers process data only on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Within your organization: Information you enter (such as team data and bookings) is visible to other authorized users within your studio account.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@thestudiopro.net. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

We use push notifications to alert you about bookings, team activity, and payment updates. You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the App.

The App requests access to your device camera exclusively for scanning QR codes associated with equipment management. No images or video are captured, stored, or transmitted by our servers. Camera access is only activated when you explicitly open the QR scanner within the App.

We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
